Cancel more than 72 hours before your tour and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Inside 72 hours we've already bought your food and held your spots, so no refund at that point.
We walk. It's Salt Lake, so dress for the mountains and you'll be comfortable. We only cancel for truly unsafe weather, and if we do you get a free reschedule.
